Signing Up
Are your celebrations free to start?
Yes. You can start a project, explore the questions, and invite contributors at no cost. You are only charged when you are ready to finalize and print your book.
What’s the shortest time frame possible for creating and delivering a book?
Three weeks is the minimum amount of time we recommend. This time frame includes gathering stories, reviewing content, and confirming your final book design before printing.
Can I change my story submission deadline?
You can update or extend your submission deadline at any time from your project settings. Contributors will receive updated reminders automatically.
Reminding People
How can I remind people to write?
Our reminder emails make it easy to prompt your contributors. You can send reminders manually or use our automatic reminders to keep your project moving forward.
Do you send any reminders?
Yes. We send gentle reminders to contributors who have not yet submitted their stories by the suggested due date. You can control reminder frequency from your project settings.
Inviting People
How many people can I invite to contribute?
You can invite as many people as you like. Most projects include close family and friends, but you’re welcome to invite anyone who has a meaningful story to share.
Can I invite people by sharing a link?
Yes. In addition to email invitations, you can share a unique project link. Anyone with the link can submit stories and photos, subject to your approval.
How do the prompts work?
You can choose prompts from our library or write your own. Prompts are delivered by email and are also available directly on the project page so contributors never miss a question.
Stories
Can I format my text?
For consistency and print quality, we support basic paragraph formatting only—no custom fonts or complex layouts. You can still add emphasis using headings and line breaks.
Can I add photos side‑by‑side?
Yes. You can upload multiple photos for a single story. Our design team arranges your images to look great in the final book while preserving your layout preferences as much as possible.
How long do stories need to be?
Stories can be short anecdotes or several pages long. Most contributors write between one and three pages per story, but there is no strict limit.
Ordering Books
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the type of book you choose and the number of pages. You can see up‑to‑date pricing details on our order page before you finalize your purchase.
What do the books look like?
Books are printed in a keepsake hardcover format with high‑quality paper and professional printing. You can choose from a variety of cover designs to match the tone of your project.
